Injectronics introduces a 48-hour turnaround service to get cars back to customers faster
Injectronics, Australia’s leading automotive remanufacturing and repair specialist, has launched an innovative 48-hour turnaround service designed to help workshops clear bays faster and get cars back on the road. This new service guarantees rapid, reliable, and cost-effective repairs for various electronic components, allowing mechanics to speed up repairs and minimise delays for customers across Australia and New Zealand.
Workshops are under increasing pressure to improve efficiency and minimise inflationary costs. Injectronics’ latest offering fills a critical market gap for high-quality, fast repairs. This service aims to support mechanics by providing customers with a more reliable and affordable alternative to new components.
A key highlight of this new 48-hour turnaround is Injectronics’ recent move to a state-of-the-art facility in Keysborough. This facility is four times the size of its previous Hallam operations, allowing the company to increase its capacity significantly. Alongside this expansion, Injectronics has invested in modernising its processes with cutting-edge technology to automate the repair process. This advanced setup enables rapid diagnostics and remanufacturing of components and ensures the highest standards of quality and precision in every repair.
For over 40 years, Injectronics has been a leader in remanufacturing. Its new 48-hour service is a step forward in providing automotive businesses with a time-efficient and environmentally responsible solution. The service applies to various electronic components, including engine control modules, ABS units, transmission controllers, and electronic throttle bodies. For mechanics, access to repaired and remanufactured parts within 48 hours can be a game-changer, enabling quicker vehicle turnaround and improved workshop throughput.
“We understand how impactful it is when a car is off the road, whether it’s a mother unable to drop off her kids or someone missing work,” Rajbir Singh, General Manager at Injectronics, says. “Our 48-hour service aims to alleviate pressure on mechanics and their customers.”
Further streamlining the process, Injectronics has introduced an online booking system, allowing workshops to book repairs and track their status easily at the site (see below). With this new service, Injectronics is set to transform the automotive repair industry, delivering faster, more efficient solutions for workshops and their customers.
Workshops in Australia and New Zealand can easily access Injectronics’ new 48-hour service at any of its four locations. Once a component is submitted for repair through the online booking platform, it undergoes a thorough diagnostic assessment. If repairable, it is repaired to meet stringent quality standards and shipped back to the workshop within 48 hours.
With this new 48-hour turnaround service, backed by cutting-edge technology at their new Keysborough facility and the streamlined booking system, Injectronics is set to transform the automotive repair industry, helping workshops provide faster, more efficient customer services.
