FOUNDATION TO START YOUR CI LEADERSHIP JOURNEY
While Continuous Improvement (CI) is very much in vogue as an operational excellence mindset, more than 50% of organisations that start on their CI journey using Lean Six Sigma fail to sustain the gains that they initially achieve. (isixsigma.com “between 50% to 95% failure rate”).
In this complimentary breakfast workshop, we will explore the 3 steps to starting your CI Leadership Journey:
1. The Mindset of CI – Learn what you can expect when starting your CI Leadership Journey. This will include facing your own mindset, the mindset of the people around you and the cultural mindset of your organisation. We will also look at how the ‘Core Values of CI’ can help to move from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset in the context of Continuous Improvement.
2. The Motivation for CI – Learn how to set a future state vision and how our behaviour as Leaders can enhance the motivation of the people around you and your organisation.
3. The Mastery of CI – Gain a deeper understanding of how the core CI concept of ‘Value and Waste’ in process can be used at a leadership level to create a road map for CI in your organisation.
