DNA Engineering is a manufacturing company specialising in the three traditional mechanical engineering processes – turning, milling and fabrication. We provide a made to order service including:

• Turning and milling of components;
• Mild Steel, stainless steel & aluminium fabrication; and
• Full manufacturing from samples, sketches and CAD drawings to assembly.

DNA Engineering provides accuracy, precision and attention to detail with all our machining and fabrication projects.

What We Do

Combining our turning, milling, fabrication and sheet metal services, DNA Engineering can act as a single manufacturing source to achieve a complete project. We aim to service all requests from clients and with our skills and knowledge we produce quality results for every project undertaken.

With our capacity we machine one-off components, low to medium repetition work, replacement parts and complete assemblies. Once the parts have been manufactured we offer heat treatment services such as case hardening or nitriding. We offer finishes such as powder coating, galvanising, zinc plating, metal polishing and anodising.

Our workshop is equipped with both CNC and manual lathes and milling machines. Our fabrication and sheet metal division can manage all general and complex projects. We perform two types of welding processes – MIG and TIG, and we weld materials such as mild steel, aluminium and stainless steel.
