What We Do

Our systems and processes are the bench mark used by our customers. We are ISO 9001 accredited and have the enviable quality reputation of achieving a 50 PPM quality target. We have 0 PPM line stoppages and 0 PPM warranty.

We manufacture more than 13,000 different part numbers from our 13,000 m2 facility in Campbellfield with approx 100 employees. The products we manufacture in house include Bull Bars, Bumper Bars, Chassis Rails, Turntable Mounts, Chassis Cross Supports, Suspension Mounts, Engine mounts, Cabin Mounts, Doors, Door Frames, Cabin Panels, Tool Boxes, Battery Boxes, Instrument panels, Radio Mounts and Microphone Brackets.

High precision and quality is achieved by cutting parts by computer controlled punch, laser or plasma. Computer controlled folding press brakes, mandrel pipe bending, CNC routers, 3 axis and 5 axis machines are used to process parts. Finally parts are welded by robot or manual, shot blasted, painted or polished to our customer’s specification.
