In August 2000, LMC Laser Services Pty. Ltd. became the exclusive sales and service agents for Bystronic® in Australia and New Zealand. We sold, installed, warrantied, serviced and maintained over 100 laser cutting machines across these two countries.

Late 2015, Bystronic® decided to open a subsidiary in Australia and so our long and successful partnership was terminated.

Having gained an extraordinary amount of knowledge encompassing all aspects of the laser industry, we decided that we would stay in the game. We started a new company, DDM Laser Pty. Ltd. (ABN 78 616 488 772).

DDM Laser have been chosen to be the sales and service agent for TCI Cutting. DDM Laser’s sales team is committed to total customer satisfaction and we will assist you to find a solution tailored to meet your individual requirements. Customer satisfaction is DDM Laser’s priority and we are continually seeking new ways to deliver the best value for money machinery, as well as the best after sales service experience.

For long term reliability, maintaining your machine is extremely important. With this in mind, the DDM Laser Service Technicians are factory trained on both Fiber and CO² laser systems. Combined with quality training and extensive in-field experience, and a large stock of spare parts and consumables, DDM Laser can offer on-going Preventative Maintenance programs, as well as break down interventions.

Should you require routine maintenance or major repairs or even whole machine refurbishment our service department can do the job.

Whether it be installing new TCI Cutting machines or refurbishing / relocating or servicing Bystronic machines, the DDM LaserService Technicians are experts in their fields and perform their duties with an unwavering attention to detail. Our goal is to have our customers machines running as well as possible and as fast as possible, with minimum downtime.
