What We Do
As laser applications in manufacturing and research continue to grow, Raymax is called upon to recommend, install and service solutions that range between turn-key to ‘first-ever’ adopted installations.
We supply lasers used in the common processes of welding of metals and plastics due to their efficiency; in selective laser melting and sintering as well as cutting, brazing and hardening. More recently Australian companies have found success in cladding and 3D structuration for repair and parts production using metals thereby opening up more opportunities in advanced manufacturing.
Lasers are particularly useful when dealing with microstructures, machining small components less than 200 microns for joining, wire stripping or skiving and drilling.
Experience across a range of industries ensures Raymax Applications provides the best solutions to assist smart manufacturing in Australia.
