Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Program
Here’s a bit about the Program:
The Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Program is a highly interactive and practical learning experience to help you build a solid foundation in Lean Six Sigma. It is the starting point in your continuous improvement journey that covers the fundamental tools and methodologies to become a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
The workshop is designed to get you immediately starting to scope and implement small improvement projects using the Define (D) Measure (M) Analyse (A) Improve (I) Control (C) project management methodology. The Program will be facilitated by industry experienced Lean Six Sigma qualified Business Transformational Specialist. Yellow Belts work on small continuous improvement projects on their own or part of a larger improvement project under the guidance of a Green Belt.
During the Program you will learn:
• The Purpose, Principals and Core Values of Lean Six-Sigma
• The DMAIC problem solving model
• The 8 forms of Wastes and introduction to 5S
• How to approach process analysis identify root causes
• Cultivating and Sustaining a CI culture
Note: The Program material will be emailed to all participants. All participants will also receive a Certificate of Participation by Vative following full attendance.
