Industry Capability Network (ICN) Limited, in collaboration with the ICN Network offices across the country, has announced the relaunch of ICN Gateway, following a comprehensive overhaul that will make it easier for project owners to promote their projects and suppliers to find work and promote their capabilities.
When it comes to finding new business opportunities, one of the biggest challenges for small to medium enterprises (SMEs) can be breaking into new or expanding supply chains. Through ICN Gateway, suppliers have access to projects worth more than $400bn to the Australian economy from an impressive array of prime clients, including Rheinmetall, Shell, John Holland, Rio Tinto and BAE, to name a few.
ICN Limited has implemented a robust strategic plan that included the overhaul of ICN systems to better serve its stakeholders.

Since being created over 30 years ago, we helped local businesses find $30bn worth of contracts to keep them working and growing. With its investment in the new system, ICN Limited says it is investing in the future of Australian industry, and it looks forward to modernising the ways project owners promote their projects, and how businesses can find out what projects are out there and submit their expressions of interest. The overhaul has opened many doors and ICN Limited is looking forward to introducing some new and exciting features for ots customers over the coming months.

The relaunch has been supported by the Department of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources (DISER). Gateway complements the Federal Government’s Modern Manufacturing Strategy and its Australian industry participation (AIP) policy. The delegate of the Acting AIP Authority at DISER, Donna Looney, notes: “We welcome this relaunch since supporting Gateway is an important contribution to enabling the Australian Government’s requirements to ensure full, fair and reasonable opportunity for Australian industry to compete for work, including under the Australian Jobs Act 2013.”
