Advatek is a precision machined component manufacturer based in Bayswater, Victoria, Australia. Our manufacturing facility includes a fully owned 3000 sqm factory and an array of the latest CNC Machine tool technology in our Makino machining centres.
Since starting in the mid 90s, Advatek has expanded their customer base,expressed in a steady increase in sales turnover every year. Advatek claims that their success has been mostly due to their commitment to an uncompromising attention to detail and total customer focus, as reinforced in their company quality policy document.
Through implementation of the latest advancements in CNC technology, Advatek consistently achieves very tightly toleranced machining of material, ranging from aluminium and plastics to stainless steel and titanium.
Other non-CNC processing equipment is on-site for part preparation and finishing operations.
What We Do
With a company goal to only utilize the best and latest CNC machining technology, Advatek has earned a clientele which now comprises companies involved in areas such as medical, defence, defence electronics, aerospace, wire & wireless communication, oil exploration, as well as many other local and overseas companies.
Advatek can provide services at very short notice, due to their flexible scheduling system.
Operations are 24 hours per day, 7 days a week on the Makino machine centres. The use of unique and locally designed pallet fixturing reduces processing times and assists in the completion of orders much quicker than would otherwise be the case.
In recent years Advatek have developed an enviable reputation in CNC machining of small, intricate titanium components for medical implant applications. Titanium implant components we have machined have micro-features needing to be cut completely burr free and with extreme accuracy.
