Alumac is a well established full service contract sheetmetal manufacturer. Established in 1973 Alumac has become renowned for its reliability and flexible customer care.

We are committed to reinvesting into the company to keep up to date with modern manufacturing methods and systems.

This includes the Amada F1 4kw 3000×1500 laser cutter combined with our Amada Vipros Queen 357 turret punch( 30 ton capacity), we are able to cut and punch any shape from a large range of materials and thicknesses.

With the introduction of solid modelling complementing our CAD/Cam system we are able to take your concept to design, then to prototyping and onto subsequent production.

What We Do

Standard processes are also available including guillotining, NC folding, fastener insertion, MIG & TIG welding, sawing and powder coating.

As all of these processes are available in house we are able to control on time delivery and quality of the completed project.

We service a vast array of industries including automotive, medical, defence, power distribution, IT, display and security to name a few.

In addition to our standard manufacturing services, we also offer a range of specialised tile presentation stands in a variety of shapes and sizes for a variety of uses.
