Established in 1991 Integra Systems provides Australian companies with locally manufactured quality metal products or sub-assemblies that are highly competitive with imports.

Based in Broadmeadows, Victoria, we support our customers with product design and development, Design For Manufacture (DFM), prototyping and testing to bring concepts to a mature stage where they can be manufactured in our plant.

Our business philosophy is to establish dynamic and professional relationships with all our clients, creating an environment where success flourishes.

Collaborating closely with clients, we provide concept design, product engineering and Prototyping for products that we then manufacture using our purpose-built metal processing equipment.

What We Do

Integra Systems incorporates 3 Divisions:

Integra Development transforms concept ideas for products and components into fully resolved designs, poised ready for Integra to manufacture.

Utilising the latest in CAD, CAE and CAM software, we work with our customers right through the development process, focusing on “open innovation” to deliver product outcomes that are best in their class.

Once a product or component has gone through the Integra Development process and final design has been signed-off, it is ready to move into the next phase – Integra Manufacturing.

Integra Manufacturing utilises our extensive range of high-tech steel and aluminium production plant and equipment to provide a manufacturing service that will ensure you meet all your product manufacturing and distribution requirements with the highest quality components.

Integra Products is our unique propriety product range developed by Integra Systems, from concept through to distribution.
