What We Do
Jenkin Bros provides machining solutions for industry. We make your custom-designed components through:
•CNC turning with multitasking lathes up to 195mm through-bore and chucking up to a diameter of 630mm
•vertical and horizontal milling up to 1200 x 900mm
•hardening – induction (up to 900mm long x 120mm diameter), flame, through and case hardening
•thread rolling up to 150mm diameter
•surface grinding and polishing – high precision, centreless, cylindrical and internal grinding, honing and wash ground
•protective finishing – chemical coating, anodizing and plating, sleeving, capping and rust oiling
•decorative finishing – zinc, nickel, chrome, phosphating, powder coating and wet prime paint
•fabrication using laser cutting, bending and welding
We machine virtually any material – aluminium, stainless steel, brass, copper, titanium, plastic, polyurethane and rubber.
