What We Do

The Niton and Danatronics gauges are used for positive materials identification, weld blend analysis, coatings testing and thickness testing. The Nitons Primary application is alloy identification. These lightweight, easy to use instruments can identify up to 40 of the most common alloys with a library of 400 variations and the ability for custom calibrations should you have a specialist alloy.
The instruments are totally portable and completely non destructive. The “lab in your hand technology” enables immediate decisions to be made on the floor, in the field or at your suppliers premises to verify certification ensuring the product you have is to the specification you requested.
The range of analysers has proven to be time and money savers and in many instances alleviating the need for expensive laboratory assays. With a number of handy features like pass/fail mode, printable certificates, tamperproof data collection, USB and Bluetooth all of your data can be quickly loaded to you.
