The LaserXperts were founded in January 2000 and are Australia’s only Nd-Yag Laser Job Shop for High Precision Industrial Laser Applications.

What We Do
Laser Fine-Cutting
Minimal Kerf-width: 10microns
Complex contours in tubes as small as 0.45mm OD
Complex contours in materials from 0.05 to 3mm thickness within areas of 220x370mm or 300x300mm
Laser Spot and Seam-welding
Stainless, Titanium, BeCu, Copper, etc.
Weld diameters from 0.05 to 2.0mm and penetration of up to 1.5mm
Laser Drilling
Drilling on the fly (1000 or more holes per second in thin material)
Percussion drilling & trepanning of hole diameters from 0.015mm dia.
