The client operates and maintains an airborne electronic warfare training platform for the Australian Government. Transmitters on-board the aircraft are cooled using coolant circulated through chill plates and a ram-air heat exchanger. The cooling system is approaching 20 years in-service and we are now looking to upgrade the liquid cooling system major components to improve system reliability and supportability. In particular we are considering upgrades to the pump, accumulator and heat exchangers.
