Structured work place learning is your chance to give somebody a chance. Many of you have links to your local secondary schools, and some of you don’t know where to start. This is a Victorian government advertisement, but other states will have similar.
The Local Learning and Employment Network (LLEN) in the regions of Whitehorse, Manningham and Monash in suburban Melbourne have asked us to reach out to companies in these areas for support. These young people are our future and we have a chance at influencing them in a positive way toward our industry.
